General Booking Information
Special discounted rates are available for extended stays. Higher rates (+$20 per night) and minimum stays may apply over Holiday periods & special occasions. Rates are exclusive of 11% sales/hotel tax and 5% gratuity. All rates are stated in US Dollars and are based on 1 or 2 Guests per room. A charge of $50 per night will apply for each additional Guest.   Your room reservation entitles you to 1 free on-site parking space. 

                               Check-in Time is 3:00pm - Checkout Time is 11:00am



Reservation and Cancellation Policies
A valid credit card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Diners Club) is required when making a reservation. A deposit of one-third (1/3) of the total is required, with a minimum deposit of one night's stay. (50% for all holiday periods). Full payment is due upon arrival.   In order to be fair to both parties, please be confident of your travel plans prior to reserving your accommodation.  We are aware that circumstances may arise and we always take all matters into consideration.  All reservations cancelled within the allotted time period will be refunded less a $25 Administrative Fee.  For cancellations made less than 30 days and more than 14 days prior to arrival (60/30 for all holiday periods), a charge equal to one night’s stay will apply. Deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made 14 or less days in advance. (30 days or less for all Holiday periods).  Folio balance is due in full at check-in. "No-Shows" forfeit entire deposit.  There are no refunds for early departures nor delayed arrivals.

Hurricane Refund Policy
During Hurricane Season (June 1-November 30), an amended Cancellation Policy applies. If there is a posted threat/warning of a named hurricane, cancellations made within the normal 14/30 day cancellation period will not be forfeited and are retained as a credit for a future visit This deposit may be used at any time up to 1 year after the original date of arrival.
