General Booking Information
Discounted rates are available for extended stays of 10+ nights during Premium Season. Higher rates and minimum stays may apply over Holiday periods & special occasions - see listing of Holiday periods below right. Rates are exclusive of 11% sales/hotel tax and 5% gratuity which is based on room rate for all reserved nights. All rates are stated in US Dollars and are based on 1 or 2 Guests per room. A charge of $50 per night, exclusive of tax & gratuity, applies for each additional Guest.
We do not guarantee specific room assignment, only room type and quoted rate. Your room reservation entitles you to 1 free on-site parking space. We value our Guests' privacy - if you wish, a computer-generated receipt is available which states only our corporate name - Villa Venice, LLC.

Reservation and Cancellation Policies
A valid credit card is required when making a reservation. A deposit equal to 1 night’s rate is required for visits of 1-3 nights, 2 night’s rate* for visits of 4-6 nights and 3 night’s rate* for visits of 7+ nights. (50% of total for all holiday periods - see listing of Holiday periods below). Full payment is due upon arrival. (*including tax & gratuity)
14 days advance notice is required for cancellation and a refund of your deposit. During Holiday periods, (see dates below) a 30-day advance notice is required for a refund of deposit (60 days for Christmas/New Years. A $50 Administrative Fee is charged on all refunds. "No-Shows" forfeit entire deposit, outstanding balance is charged to the credit card supplied at time of booking and the entire reservation is cancelled. There are no refunds for early departure nor delayed arrivals.

Hurricane/Snow Cancellation Refund Policy
During Hurricane Season (June 1 - November 30), an amended Cancellation Policy applies. If there is a posted threat/warning of a named storm resulting in the posted closure of FLL, MIA or WPB airports, cancellations made within the normal 14/30 day cancellation period will not be forfeited and are retained as a credit for a future visit This deposit may be used at any time up to 1 year after the original date of arrival. This policy also applies in the case of snow or winter weather resulting in the posted & confirmed closure of a Guest's originating or connecting airport.

Holiday Periods for 2011/2012
April 21 - 24, 2011, May 27- 30, 2011, July 1 - 4, 2011, September 2 - 5, 2011, October 28 - 30, 2011, November 23 - 26, 2011, December 28, 2011 - January 1, 2012, February 16 - 20, 2012 and April 5 - 8, 2012, inclusive. Holiday premium rates ($20 additional per night) and minimum stay requirements apply to these dates.
